Picnic Volunteer Areas


As we prepare to go out, witness and show love in the Moline Acres community during our 6th annual community picnic we need our church family to show up and show what the FRIENDLIEST CHURCH IN THE MIDWEST is all about. 

Below, are details of; the time frame when and the areas where, help is needed. 
  • Date: 07/29/2017
  • Set up 6am
  • Picnic Time 10am to 3pm 
  • Tear Down Clean up 4pm to 5pm 

Volunteer Areas- 
  1. Set up,
  2. Parking Lot 
  3. Registration, 
  4. Children bounce house/games, 
  5. Vendor area, 
  6. Food service area, 
  7. Runners, 
  8. Tear down/Clean up
