What We’ve Done!
In February of 1993, Bishop Calvin Scott stepped out on faith to start Believers Temple Word Fellowship (BTWF) with 8 members in a storefront church located at 6249 Natural Bridge. With the ministry growing by the weeks, in April of 1996 BTWF purchased another Church which is now occupied by the BTWF Youth Ministry. As the ministry continued to expand in November of 2005, BTWF acquired the multifaceted Family Life Center where Worship Service is held every Sunday.

Bishop Scott’s vision is to create an environment where family is first.
The Word of God is brought forth by our very own Bishop, a transparent teacher that gives the members and guest practical solutions to problematic situations under the direction of God.

What Lies Ahead!
Our future expansion plans are to provide additional parking spaces, build a new church with a 3,000 sanctuary seating capacity, construct Senior Housing on our acreage, open the Fresh Start Adult Daycare and the Fresh Start Consumer Directed Services Program. We want our endeavors to be impactful not only for our church but for our community.
