HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Joining one of the fastest growing church in the Midwest is quite simple.  Each Sunday an invitation is made by Bishop Calvin Scott for visitors to join Believers Temple Word Fellowship at the end of service.  Once you accept the invitation you will be escorted to the Membership Matrix office for New Members Orientation.  Our staff will take confidential information such as your name, address, phone number, etc. and we will also take a photograph of you.  All information is secure and will be stored in our database.  Our staff will also explain the 4-week New Member’s Course.  If you should have any questions, please feel free to call the administration office at (314) 388-0801 extension 1 and they will be happy to answer your questions.

HOW TO WORK IN MINISTRY

If you have completed the New Members class and would like to get active in ministry, please contact Ministry of Help (MOH) e-mail moh@believerstemple.org.

HOW TO HAVE YOUR BABY BLESSED

Please stop by the front office and pick up a Baby Blessing Form.  At least one parent must be an active member of Believers Temple Word Fellowship.  Only the parents and Godparents are asked to come forward. You will receive a Baby Blessing Certificate after the blessing is performed.  If you are not married, a baby blessing will be performed in the Cry Room directly after service.

The date and time for baby blessings done outside of the sanctuary will be determined by the Pastor performing the blessing. Please note that the location of the baby blessing will be determined by Bishop Scott. Office personnel will contact you with the date, location, and time.

HOW TO RECEIVE MINISTERIAL CREDENTIALS

If you accepted the call by God to preach or teach or have recently joined and have credentials from another organization, please e-mail her at moh@believerstemple.org.

Ministry of Helps will explain the BTWF Credential Policy and Procedures to you.
