2019 Theme: The Momentum to Change

2019 is a season of “The Momentum to Change.” Momentum is the strength or force that something has when it is moving. It is the strength or force that allows something to continue or to grow stronger. In this season it will become even clearer to us. God is establishing in the hearts of the committed the Spiritual force to move forward for authentic change. Change simply means to make something different.  This change will be birth out an undying hunger to do God’s will at a higher level.

“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, Says the Lord of hosts.” (Zechariah 4:6)

The Lord said, “Get ready for an Open Heaven in 2019!”

In this season, it will become even clearer to us that God is:

·        Ordering our Steps and our Stops.

·        Positioning His people in a Place where life would be experienced on a whole new level. 

·        Elevating Unexpected gifts and voices from obscurity to a place of prominence and authority. 

·        Navigating us through multiple streams of income to a place of prosperity.

Prayer of Consecration: Lord, help me through the power of your Holy Spirit to live a holy life and to develop the characteristics of humility, love, tolerance, discipline, peace and faithfulness. Lord, full of thankfulness and praise, I offer you my body as a living sacrifice. Help me, through your Holy Spirit who lives in me, to be holy as you are holy.

There can be no doubt that the Christian warfare or Spiritual Warfare has significantly increased in the last century as Satan has released some of the most dangerous spirits to destroy the church.

There can be no question that of all Satan hierarchy of Spirits, the most dangerous spirit operating in the church today is that of Jezebel Spirit. The Spirit of Jezebel is a very cunning and seductive spirit.

This high-level evil spirit has been responsible for tearing down many churches, pastors, people with prophetic ministries, and other ministries. Not only that, Jezebel Spirit has also been responsible for breaking up many marriages, and friendships.

Characteristics of a Jezebel Spirit:

-A controlling spirit (manipulates with temper tantrums and threats)

-Has an uncanny need for attention and platform presence.

-Jezebel spirits love to use emotional outbursts to avoid correction.

-The Jezebel spirits lusts for power and control.

-It has a need to dominate and will use coercion and manipulation to do so.

-A seducing spirit (led astray)                             -Refuses to admit guilt or wrong

-Never gives credit or shows gratitude               -Criticizes everyone

-Spiritualizes everything                                     -Is insubordinate

-Sows seeds of discord                                      -Is vengeful

-Is religious and self-righteousness
